Water-Oil Separating Box

SS304 Stainless Steel Grease Oil Interceptor Trap For Restaurant Kitchen Under Sink is used in restaurants, kitchens, institutions and other type of food processing areas where fat, oil and grease drains with waste water. It filter the remaining fats of laundry in the bowl. The goal is to separate the meat fats before entering the final sewer pipe. If not use this grease trap and directly into the pipe exhaust hole, this is very dangerous and fatal, the remaining fat will clot and clog the pipe discharge stream.
